Really looking forward to being a part of the Exams Catalunya 2018 Conference.

I thoroughly enjoyed my busy day at the Conference last year, giving my session on Engaging Students in Writing twice and also taking part in the panel discussion on Communicative Teaching.  You can experience some of the buzz by watching the video summarising the event here.

This year, my session will be:

Maximising classroom participation for maximising exam results and learning

Preparing for exams like the Cambridge English: Preliminary, First, or Advanced doesn’t need to be lonely or mechanical.  In this session, we’ll share some ideas for various activities for working with reading and listening texts, personalising grammar and making new lexis memorable and clear.

And I’ve been asked to take part in the panel discussion again, so lots to be thinking about!
