A2 Key for Schools helps learners communicate in familiar situations and take the next step in their English learning.
At A2 level, learners work on Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking through tasks based on everyday communication. The Schools version is designed around topics and situations that are relevant to school-age learners, while assessing the same level and skills as A2 Key.
On Teaching Together, you’ll find posts focusing on the different A2 Key exam tasks, with practical ideas to help learners understand what each task requires and develop effective ways of approaching it.
You’ll also find classroom and self-study activities for A2 learners, designed to strengthen language skills, build confidence and support progression towards B1 Preliminary.
